Benjamin is BIG

Yesterday we went to a reunion with friends from our NCT class now that all the babies have been born. There were 4 girls and two boys. Here is our Benjamin with the other boy - also called Benjamin but born a month later. We lined up the babies in their birth order for a photo. We knew he'd be the biggest as he was born first but doesn't he look huge compared to the other babes?? The littlest one was born about 3 weeks ago. Posted by Picasa

A trip to Wales

We went with Jenny to Wales to visit our friends Dick and Gladys Funnel who live near Cardigan. Took Ben up Mwnt - a very steep climb with amazing views. We had a brilliant holiday even though it rained most of the time!

Ben's Thanksgiving

Here we have Ben looking a bit suspicious as to why he was centre of attention that day. It was a great day and we were really happy that my parents and brother could be with us as Ben was welcomed into our church. Here is a photo of Omar introducing him

Latest family pics

Well not had time to blog anything recently because of moving house. Everything went really well, a bit crazy but now we are all moved in. Surrounded by boxes still but happy in our own place. Little Benjamin has his own room and although he was a bit unsettled he is now settling in and we are having fun planning paint colours, decoration etc.

Ben, Jenny and I are heading to Wales on Monday for a little holiday but before that we have Benjamin's Thanksgiving service at our church on Sunday. He is going to be one of 5 babies from our church who will be part of this special day. It is not the same as a Christening or a Baptism because we know he will make his own mind up one day about his own faith but it is to say thank-you to God for giving us such a precious gift to take care of and to welcome him into our church family.

People from our church have shown us so much support after he was born and also after moving house with people cooking us meals and giving us baby clothes and helping move boxes and fix our plumbing.

Anyway now the weather has gone a bit cooler I had chance to dress him in some of the warmer clothes I had (my little doll) so here he is in his green fleece!
