Mendez Family

Been quite busy in the last few weeks. We bought a pram but it hasn't arrived yet but very exciting first purchase of something for the baby! Well it's actually what is known as a 'pramette' because it is a pram that converts to a pushchair when the baby can sit up. The best thing about it is that it is very light - as you know I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to lifting heavy stuff but I can do this one handed - photos demonstrating this to follow when it arrives!
Something else to look forward to is that we both had some holiday time to take from work so we've booked two long weekends, one in March and one in April so that we can go away and spend some time together. We don't have any definite plans yet but its getting a bit late to fly anywhere so it will have to be somewhere within driving distance.
